Responsibilities:
--- Schedule appointments for a complimentary coaching session
--- Receive comprehensive training to excel in the role
--- Develop skills in asking insightful questions and handling objections effectively
--- Cultivate strong rapport with coaches and clients to enhance retention rates
--- Engage with clients via phone calls and emails
--- Establish and nurture positive relationships with clients to boost sales through consistent follow-ups
--- Regularly update and utilize CRM data
--- Demonstrate active listening to address inquiries and overcome objections
--- Proactively implement feedback for continuous self-improvement
--- Adopt a competitive and goal-oriented mindset to consistently surpass monthly targets

Qualifications:
--- Excellent customer service skills are required for this position
--- Experience in soft sales through outbound calls is necessary
--- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential
--- The candidate must be highly organized
--- Basic working knowledge of CRM platforms, Word, and Excel is a must
--- Additional qualifications include excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills
--- The candidate should be independent, self-motivated, positive, and enthusiastic
--- Decisiveness, proactiveness, and strong problem-solving skills are valued
