Product Development (PD) Integration organization is seeking
professionals to join the Model Based Engineering (MBE) team. As a
team member on the MBE team, you will influence PD process and tool
short-term and long-term initiatives ultimately defining how
cross-functional teams will develop future BCA products. Not for
the timid, candidates have the opportunity to be part of a growing
team leading the PD organization future state of process and tool
infrastructure through digital transformation. Experience in early
product development and/or proven ability to lead and empower teams
through ambiguity is a plus.Our Teams are currently hiring for a
broad range of experience levels including Associate, Mid-Level,
and Experienced Product Data Management SpecialistThis position
must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US
Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. - 120.15 is required. "US Person"
includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
- -This position is an onsite position. The selected candidate will
be required to perform work onsite in Everett, WA. Position
Responsibilities:
- Lead or assists with development of integrated process
architecture infrastructures, process models, product structure
definitions and/or data requirements/data management
processes.
- Skill and ability to: collect, organize, synthesize, and
analyze data; summarize findings; develop conclusions and
recommendations from appropriate data sources.
- Ability to understand the big picture and the
inter-relationships of all positions and activities in the system,
including the impact of changes in one area on another area. This
includes the ability to see and understand the inter-relationships
between components of systems and plans, anticipate future events,
and apply the principles of systems thinking to accelerate
performance.
- Knowledge of responsibilities and tasks performed by various
Engineering departments/disciplines (e.g., design, test, software,
technology, avionics). Knowledge of the interaction between
departments/disciplines and how their products/processes affect one
another and impact non-engineering processes (e.g., Operations,
Logistics, Business).
- Communicate routinely with Internal and External Customers
- Builds and maintains vital business relationships between
internal business and functional units.Basic Qualifications
(Required Skills/Experience):
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of tools
- Experience working with large cross-functional teams and
disciplines
- Experience in managing and organizing multiple deliverables and
deadlines with minimal direction
- Familiarity with Boeing processes and procedures
- 5+ years supporting Engineering organizationsPreferred
Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
- Experience performing Risk - Issue - Opportunity (RIO) and RIO
tracking and reporting
- Project and process management exposure / experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with formal/informal training and/or customer
service
- Experience in a development commercial airplane program
- Customer focus
- Engineering design concepts and techniques
- Business systems architecture definitionTypical

typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and
typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent
combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor+1 years'
related work experience, 5 years' related work experience,

acquired through advanced technical education - (e.g. Associate)
and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an
equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g.
PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work
experience).Relocation: This position offers relocation based on
