Wage Range: $128,460 - $205,545 per year

Posted wage ranges represent the entire range from minimum to maximum. For jobs with more than one level, the posted range reflects the minimum of the lowest level and the maximum of the highest level. Some positions also offer additional premiums based on shift, certifications or degrees. Job offers are determined based on a candidate's years of relevant experience, level of education and internal equity.Job Summary:

Responsible for oversight and management of all programs and associated staff using Revenue Cycle Applications. The ideal candidate will have six years Epic management experience in Patient Access, HIM Coding, ROI, HB Billing and Claims, PB Billing and Claims, and Dorothy/Comfort Billing and Claims.

Primary Duties:

• Provides performance management; project planning and execution, to include timeline, budget, performance and reporting (SDLC); and training.
• Provides direction and guidance to staff which supports existing enterprise and departmental applications and user relationships.
• Develops functional area goals and objectives that support goals of the organization and the common work of the Information Technology Department
• Develops and executes detail level project plans for large, medium and small projects including SDLC and PM methodologies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.License, Certification, Education or Experience:REQUIRED for the position:
  • Associates Degree in Computer Science, Business Systems, Health Information Management or other related field, or equivalent education/experience.
  • 6 years of related experience or combination of education/experience
  • Experience implementing or supporting Cerner and other clinical applications in a clinical work environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with and facilitate multidisciplinary groups as part of system support.
  • Leadership ability, have initiative and be resourceful.
  • Demonstrated project management experience and success leading cross-functional teams.DESIRED for the position:
    • Master's degree in Business Intelligence, Business Systems, or other related field, or equivalent education/experience
