Director, Product Management, Computing Infrastructure Note: By

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, other
relevant engineering discipline, or equivalent practical
experience.
- 15 years of product management or related experience working
with business and consumer users.
- Experience leading, mentoring, motivating, and
managing/developing a team of product managers.Preferred
qualifications:
- Experience building software and large-scale distributed
systems.
- Experience delivering goals within timelines.
- Understanding of networking, networking security, private and
public cloud design considerations, and limitations in the areas of
virtualization, global infrastructure, distributed systems, load
balancing, networking, massive data storage, and security.
- Ability to collaborate, thinking innovative, and solve
ambiguous problems.
- Excellent organization, prioritization, and written/verbal
communication.
About the jobIn this role, you will work with internal computing
infrastructure that powers our developer ecosystem, resource
management software, and operating system. You will be responsible
for providing product vision, driving strategy around internal
computing infrastructure and successfully executing across numerous
infrastructure and cloud teams, to enable innovation, efficiency
and productivity for our developer community. Google Cloud

The US base salary range for this full-time position is
$230,000-$346,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges
are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on
each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new
hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the
range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional
factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant
education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the
specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring

equity, or benefits.Responsibilities
- Develop a strategic vision for our computing infrastructure and
collaborate with developer productivity solutions to offer a
coherent roadmap for customers. Define the function in capability
for Google's computing platform.
- Work across product and engineering teams to build, design,
implement, and maintain compute products that schedule and place
all of our services across our global clusters, spanning the
portfolio of product offerings with a particular focus on Machine
Learning, large-scale Compute, and interactions with teams across
Google.
- Drive decisions around prioritization, solutions,
functionality, and pricing.
- Influence and establish best product management practices
through design decisions, processes, and tools.Google is proud to
