OverviewRairdon Fiat Maserati Alfa of kirkland is looking for motivated and experienced candidates for a Full-Time Vehicle Acquisition/Buyer- Manager. We are looking for highly motivated individuals who want to succeed and grow with the company. This unique opportunity focuses on buying vehicles from the customer!Responsibilities

• Purchase Used Vehicles from Consumers.
• Work with a team of salespeople assisting with scheduling appointments for you to close, while you build your team.
• Ability to build and grow your Vehicle Acquisitions call center/team.
• Leads provided 750-1000 leads a month.
• Finalize paperwork once purchase is completed.
• Proven track record and/or ability to close at 7% to 8% of company provided leads.Qualifications
  • Experienced Car Acquisition/Buyer, General Sales Manager, Sales Manager
  • Energetic, charismatic, persuasive
  • High competence with the English language
  • Good salesmanship (although not selling but getting customers to come in to sell their vehicles to us)
  • Some knowledge about cars helpful
  • Must be organized
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
