  • At least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team
  • Food Safety Certification according to local jurisdiction
  • Strong problem solving skills - - - -
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal - Responsibilities:
    • Lead the day-to-day operational excellence of the Shack.
    • Manage the flow of service to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
    • Help build and lead high performance team of hourly Team Members.
    • Complete operational support functions (i.e. Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory, etc.)
    • Ensure compliance with wage and hour, EEO, Department of Health, etc. Starting Hourly Rate - $21.50 About Us Beginning as a hot dog cart in New York City's Madison Square Park, Shake Shack was created by Danny Meyer, Founder and CEO of Union Square Hospitality Group and best-selling author of -Setting the Table.
