Job DescriptionTechnical Program Manager IIPosition DescriptionThis is a position is with famous client. It is a Hybrid (In office 50%) role based in Kirkland, WA. The Technical Program Manager in this position will work on the Partner Engineering team for the Messages application to help OEMs and carriers with the information that will minimize friction in preloading the app for new device launches. This TPM will work with the test team to run the validation test cases on reference devices for early detection of issues and update the documentation to track the progress for external partners. This TPM will also monitor the performance metrics and compose reports on a periodic basis. Another responsibility will be to schedule and arrange the logistics of the resources for test and validation including device samples, SW releases and documentation.Role DescriptionManage issues reported from the pretest for single registration carrier Tas Host stand up with the testers 2 times a week during the pretest (1 month per each quarter) Receive daily reports from the pretest and triage for OEM sample/binary issues Open bugs in Buganizer with logs if not resolved by OEM or the tester

Sample logistics and inventory management Arrange samples delivery with OEM and the tester including flashing of the devices to the firmware binary that may need to be updated a few times per each test run Send and receive OEM devices Create shipping and return labels on behalf of Eng/PartnerEng Keep track of all test devices critical inventory information systematically (e.g. IMEI, manufacture, current owner, existing build #, latest build #)

Update the baseline test results Create a draft baseline test results based on the test results Run a weekly review of the open issues with temporary waiver to update the status in the baseline test results

Run weekly bug follow up meetings with PE Provide the SR issue volume trend update Provide the baseline update status
