TITLE: Project ManagerREPORTS TO: VP of Operations, Sr. Project Manager (if applicable on project) PRIMARY OBJECTIVE(S) OF POSITIONProvide overall leadership direction to a project; including the management of project quality, timeliness, safety, as well as mentoring the project team. Develop and enhance customer relationships by providing excellent service.SUMMARY OF EXPECTED OUTCOME(S)High quality, professional work product performed with initiative, productivity, a positive attitude and behavior. Performance should meet or exceed the established standards, goals, and accountabilities of the position. KEY RESULT AREAS (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)A. Manage the overall financial health of projects1. Develop and maintain project financial projections and equipment projections2. Determine and allocate project estimate into financial system3. Determine cost codes, approve invoices, and make necessary budget management decisions4. Provide financials and billings to Accounting for timely payment5. Create monthly owner billingsB. Manage subcontracts and suppliers for the project1. Oversee budget for and make selections of trade partners and suppliers2. Handle billings and contract management, including subcontract drafting, negotiating, and execution.C. Manage Assistant Project Manager(s) and Project Engineer(s)1. Structure and manage the team's execution of procurement, work planning, and general work coordination.2. Manage career development3. Approve timecards for on-site team members4. Provide ongoing feedback of work performanceD. Function as the main point of contact with the owner and on-site representative1. Assist with the review of the owner agreement2. Bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil, or Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, Estimating, or equivalent fieldB. Minimum 6 years relevant experienceORGANIZATIONAL RESPONSIBILITYA.
