Business Development Manager Candidate must be based in Greater Seattle Area Cadence 3 is in search of new sales team member. We would love to speak with a client focused salesperson. Are you a go-getting, experienced business development executive with a strong business network? Do you have experience working at, with or for large technology companies (experience at Microsoft would be a big plus) and/or do you have experience working at marketing agencies selling to technology customers? Do you have the experience in building strong sales pipelines through deep customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and closing them? You'll be part of the management team in a fun environment with a strong customer focused approach looking to grow our solutions offerings. Compensation will be a combination of salary, benefits, billable hours, sales linked bonus/commissions. RESPONSIBILITIES Cadence 3 is a solution focused marketing consulting firm growing and changing the landscape of digital marketing and experiences for the new world of hybrid work. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying and closing business within new accounts and will have a target quota based on business acceleration and growth. In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Driving our sales growth with existing and new clients
  • Deepening our engagements and broaden our service offerings with existing clients
  • Identifying, finding and building relationships with new clients across multiple geographies and industries
  • Be responsible for customer satisfaction at all levels both at initial sale and follow-on post sales
  • Work closely with the operations/execution team to deliver superior results
  • Producing qualified client opportunities and meetings on a weekly basis
  • Producing revenue on a short-term and long-term basis by targeting, identifying, and meeting qualified clients and prospects to obtain internal project work as well as external work orders
  • Building client proposals, scope of works, and respond to RFPs
  • Working closely with existing project team and internal recruiters to fulfill client requirements QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
    • Experience building a portfolio of business and have earned a six-figure salary for multiple years
    • 5+ years of experience in a sales/business development role for a technical product/services company that offers services such as project management, product management, business analysis and software development
    • Experience in preferred vendor process with enterprise company and getting proper certificates (veteran/women owned/minority) to get included in new vendor programs.
    • Experience working in consulting sales (Marketing Consulting is a bonus)
    • Microsoft experience
    • Strong network of client contacts to lean into EDUCATION
      • Certificate/BA preferred or experience of over five years WORKING ENVIRONMENT
        • Must be local to Seattle area
        • Remote role with ability to be in office as needed
        • Flexible, yet demanding and fast-paced environment
        • Networking events on outside of business hours could be required
        • Must be able to attend client meetings as needed
        • Requires the ability to sit at a standard computer desk, type on a standard computer keyboard, and operate a standard computer mouse for long periods at a time.
        • Must be able to lift heavy objects (25-50 lbs.), with or without accommodation.
        • Professional attire (business casual) required. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
