What You'll Be Doing...
Vice President, Partner Strategy and Programs will serve as leader
for the Global Acumatica Partner Ecosystem. This executive will be
responsible for developing the overall Acumatica partner strategy,
defining the key programs and initiatives to continue to grow and
develop the partner ecosystem. This person will need to represent
our overall partner strategy to external audiences as well as to
guide and drive the internal processes across cross-functional
teams to build Acumaticas indirect partner capabilities.
- Own and drive the overall Acumatica partner program. Align the
partner program towards overall Acumatica goals and ensure that the
partner program is structured to retain and growth productive and
healthy partners while removing partners who are not contributing
- Be the Voice of the Partner ecosystem internally to
- Set multi-year goals on the size, productivity and
effectiveness of the Global Acumatica partner ecosystem.
- Lead and drive the overall partner recruiting strategy and
- Define the key resources and approaches for enabling partners
and ensuring that the success rate and speed of enablement
increases year over year.
- Support the improvement in productivity and growth of existing
partners and build a framework of execution, together with Partner
sales to have effective interventions to improve partner
- Ensure that Acumatica pre-sales resources are executing to
world-class levels and drive overall community and impact (e.g.
higher win rates) for Acumatica and Partner pre-sales
- Identify potential strategic partners, alliances and
relationships to expand the overall partner ecosystem
- Develop and maintain high-profile external relationships within
customer constituents, professional organizations, etc. (public

- Proven leadership skills as a sales / business development
executive within a complex professional services firm, such as a
corporate law practice, capital firm or a major division of a
business consulting organization serving the mid-market.
- Demonstrated track record of building businesses.
- Proven and verifiable history of increasing revenues to meet
benchmarks and company goals.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Keen interpersonal and customer relations skills.
