• Planning & Execution - You will own end to end planning, execution and optimization of product launches and initiatives to drive business growth in our ecommerce team.
• Process Improvement: You will define high-level processes and identify opportunities to improve our processes.--You will work cross functionally with all members of the ecommerce team including designers, developers and business.
• Cross-functional Partnerships: You will regularly lead cross-functional teams to support and ensure the success of launches for Wyze and our customersTeam Player: You inspire your peers and rally them around finding solutions. You're widely regarded as a role model, and others often seek your mentorship.
• Build and foster collaborative working relationships with key internal partners Qualifications:
  • At least 3-5 years' experience in program and/or project management, or experience that demonstrates strong operations and business management skills
  • Highly strategic and analytical; data and hypothesis driven. Able to understand that we're looking at the forest, but also which trees are important.--
  • Strong ability to influence teams to garner support and alignment and to work effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
  • Must possess excellent business judgment, strong written & oral communication skills
  • Strong opinions held loosely - no ego/ability to change your mind based on new information
