your future with us. Boeing Commercial Airplanes Digital
Engineering is seeking a Change Management Process Engineer
(Mid-level & Senior) to join the Manage Change Core Team in
Everett, Washington. You will design, sustain, and improve the
processes, tools, and training used to manage engineering and
production changes from early design through production and
in-service support. This is a collaborative, hands-on role working
with engineers, program leads, safety and certification teams,
manufacturing, and IT to make change management simpler, more
consistent, and more reliable. Why this role matters: Effective
change management ensures products remain safe, compliant, and
buildable as designs evolve. In this role you will directly improve
how Boeing programs handle design and production changes so
deliveries stay on schedule, certification requirements are met,
and teams can work more efficiently. Your work will influence
change management practices and tools used across multiple airplane
programs. Team and Reporting: You will be part of the Manage Change
Core Team within Digital Engineering and will work closely with
team leads, program partners, safety and certification, production
engineering, and IT solution teams. Your work supports a multi-year
roadmap to sustain current programs and prepare for next-generation
airplane programs. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The
selected candidate will be required to work on-site in Everett, WA.
Position Responsibilities: - Analyze engineering design,
manufacturing, and product support processes to identify
requirements for change management, and identify gaps in processes,
tools, and training. - Develop, implement, and maintain
standardized change management processes, role definitions, and
data models that can be applied across airplane programs. - Define
and document requirements for change management capabilities
following system engineering principles and supporting long-term
knowledge management. - Collaborate with IT and solution architects
to specify, prioritize, and deliver tool improvements and system
integrations to the program that support change management. -
Support tool backlog management and Agile execution practices,
including sprint planning and work tracking in DevOps tools. -
Create and deliver training, aids, and knowledge resources to
ensure consistent adoption of change processes and tools. -
Establish and track performance metrics (e.g., quality, cycle time,
compliance) and lead continuous improvement initiatives based on
data. - Identify and assess risks associated with design and
production changes; recommend and track mitigation actions. -
Support audits and compliance activities and implement corrective
actions to meet regulatory and quality requirements. Basic
Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): - Bachelor of Science
in engineering, engineering technology (including manufacturing
engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data
science, or computer science from an accredited program. - 5 years
of relevant professional experience, or equivalent combination of
education and experience. (Mid-Level) Preferred Qualifications
(Desired Skills/Experience): - Experience with aerospace industry
standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., AS9100, FAA). -
Demonstrated knowledge of product lifecycle management and
configuration management principles. - Experience with data
modeling, SQL, or database management. - Familiarity with
software/tool development lifecycle and integration with PLM/CCM
systems. - Systems engineering and model-based systems engineering
(MBSE) experience. - Experience creating training programs and
knowledge repositories. - Proven experience with process
improvement frameworks (Lean, TOC, CCPM) and establishing process
metrics. - Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and
written/oral communication skills. - Experience using Azure DevOps,
DOORS, or comparable requirements/work management tools. - 9 years
of relevant professional experience, or equivalent combination of

Summary Pay Range (Level 3): $107,100 - $144,900 Summary Pay Range
(Level 4): $130,900 - $177,100 Applications for this position will
