Title: Game Solution EngineerLocation: Seattle, WAOpenings: 1Type: Long-Term ContractProvide Solutions for a Hit Game TeamThe Client's team needs a highly capable Full Stack Game Solution Engineer to act as a technical partner to a third-party game development team. In this role, you will provide technical solutions in support of a hit game enjoyed by millions worldwide. You will act as a technical system integrator, consultant, troubleshooter, and analyst, leveraging your broad software development knowledge to address various technical challenges. Your goal is to understand our products and systems thoroughly to guide the team toward successful resolutions.This role requires a wide set of software engineering skills, a flexible mindset, and a proactive approach to solving technical problems. The Game Solution Engineer must excel in troubleshooting, communicate effectively, know when to escalate issues, and architect temporary workarounds to unblock the team while developing long-term solutions. Knowledge of mobile app development, including build processes for iOS and Android, is essential.Responsibilities:

• Partner with the game team, including product, engineering, and QA groups, to provide optimal technical support.
• Work independently as a self-starter.
• Quickly understand the game's technology stack and processes to assist with SDK and software service integration.
• Become an expert in Client Games' technical products, services, and best practices to support the game's success.
• Handle ambiguity and think creatively to ensure partner success.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to clarify priorities, services, and goals.
• Gather feedback from game developers to improve processes and documentation.
• Familiarize yourself with the game's codebase to offer technical advice and troubleshoot issues.Required Qualifications:

• Extensive software engineering experience.
• Multiple years of mobile app development experience for both iOS and Android.
• Experience developing server-based systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Enjoy working with people and troubleshooting problems.
• A passion for understanding complex technical systems and navigating them.Preferred Qualifications:
  • Xamarin development experience.
  • Experience with Node.js/React server development.
  • Game development experience.
  • Customer-facing or support experience.
  • Experience integrating complex third-party SDKs.
  • Experience working with complex APIs.
