leaders to implement product strategies, develop program schedules and
milestones, define technology roadmaps, and drive improvements in engineering
quality and productivity.Key Responsibilities - - - - - - - - Leading development teams in a product development environment - - - - - - - - Ensure project performance/execution - - - - - - - - Managing customer relationships - - - - - - - - Schedule and milestone development/management - - - - - - - - Understand technology employed on various programs - - - - - - - - Develop program/project cost estimates - - - - - - - - Baseline development - - - - - - - - Program/project metric development/reporting - - - - - - - - Variation analysis - - - - - - - - Risk/opportunity development and management - - - - - - - - Manage supplier relationships - - - - - - - - Travel within US and/or internationally may be required - 10%YOU MUST HAVE - - - - - - - - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering - - - - - - - - 2+ years in a related field - - - - - - - - 2+ years experience using Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Outlook) - - - - - - - - Experience using Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) - - - - - - - - Due to export control regulations, this position requires US Citizenship status WE VALUE - - - - - - - - Ability to create specific action plans - - - - - - - - Experience enhancing customer relationships - - - - - - - - Experience leading a team in a product development environment -Compensation & Benefits:

Salary Range $90 - $136K
