Title: Hardware Support Engineer
Location: Kirkland, WA
Duration: 12 months

Based on the duties required for the role, what are the must have non-negotiable items that a candidate must have to be successful in this position? -

• 
  
• Must be able to troubleshoot complex hardware problems
  
• NVMe, Motherboards, DIMMs, etc
  
• Basic understanding of technologies such as OOB, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VLANS, SSH, SCP, PXE, Switching, Routing, etc.
  
  What experience can be more flexible that can be learned on the job? -
  
  
  • 
    
  • Linux experience is important, but we can work with someone if they do not have full 2yrs. Our onboarding program is strong.
    
    -Does this position require to sit onsite?
    
    
    • 
      
    • The person does not have to be onsite but would prefer in Washington state or anyone in PST time zone.
      
      
      Skills:
      
      
      • 
        
      • A minimum of 2 years experience with Linux-based operating systems on an enterprise-class server level.
        
      • Ability to troubleshoot hardware such as NVMe, Motherboards, DIMM Modules, etc.
        
      • Basic understanding of technologies such as OOB, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VLANS, SSH, SCP, PXE, Switching, Routing, -
