Position Summary Holy Family Parish School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic 5th Grade Teacher who is passionate about Catholic education and committed to helping students grow academically, socially, and spiritually. The ideal candidate will create an engaging, well-managed classroom environment and collaborate closely with colleagues and families to support student success. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging, standards-based instruction across core subject areas Create a positive, well-managed classroom rooted in respect and responsibility Integrate Catholic values into daily instruction and classroom culture Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs Communicate effectively with families and collaborate with colleagues Support students' academic, social, and emotional growth Participate in professional development and contribute to the life of the school community A successful candidate: Loves working with upper elementary students and building strong relationships Holds high expectations while nurturing confidence and responsibility Demonstrates strong classroom management and organization Is flexible, collaborative, and reflective in practice Communicates clearly and professionally with students, families, and staff Supports and embraces the mission of Catholic education Qualifications Bachelor's degree in education or related field Valid teaching credential or eligibility for certification Upper elementary teaching experience preferred Practicing Catholic Ability to integrate faith and values into instruction and school life Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively Salary: The salary range for this position is from $57,707�$110,953. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, degrees, and certifications.
