Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Seeking
Speech-Language Pathologists for multiple K-12 positions within a
school district in Tacoma, WA. This contract role offers
opportunities to work with students across various grade levels,
including a focus on elementary students (grades K-5).
Additionally, there may be potential for Extended School Year (ESY)
assignments. Key Responsibilities: - Provide speech and language
therapy services to students with identified communication
disorders - Conduct assessments to diagnose speech, language, and
related disorders - Develop and implement individualized treatment
plans - Collaborate with educators, families, and other
professionals to support student progress - Maintain accurate
documentation and comply with district policies and procedures
Qualifications: - Valid state licensure or certification as a
Speech-Language Pathologist - Experience working in school settings
with students in grades K-12, including elementary levels - Skilled
in assessment and treatment of a range of speech and language
disorders - Strong communication and collaborative skills - Ability
to manage caseload efficiently and adapt interventions for diverse
learners Location: Tacoma, Washington Contract details: - Multiple
openings across K-12 grade levels - Possible Extended School Year
(ESY) opportunities - Hourly rate ranging from $36.52 to $50.62
