a dynamic, visionary Marketing & Communications Coordinator to lead
the school's brand, communications, and creative direction. This
role shapes how the community understands and experiences AMHS
through storytelling, design, digital presence, and strategic
messaging. The coordinator oversees all marketing, branding,
communications, and multimedia production, blending strategic
leadership with direct creative execution. This position reports to
the Advancement Director. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree
in marketing, communications, graphic design, digital media,
journalism, or related field 5�7 years of progressive experience
in marketing, communications, branding, or creative strategy Proven
ability to develop and execute integrated marketing and
communications plans Strong writing, editing, and storytelling
skills Experience managing social media strategy, content creation,
and analytics Ability to oversee website content and updates within
a CMS Strong project management skills and ability to manage
multiple priorities Experience collaborating with photographers,
videographers, designers, and vendors Ability to maintain brand
consistency and visual identity standards Strong interpersonal and
cross-departmental collaboration skills Commitment to the mission,
values, and Catholic identity of AMHS Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in a related field Experience in education,
nonprofit, or mission-driven organizations Familiarity with CMS
platforms Advanced photography or videography skills Knowledge of
SEO, digital advertising, and analytics tools Experience managing
budgets and vendor relationships Personal Attributes Creative,
strategic thinker with a strong eye for design and detail Excellent
communicator who can translate complex ideas into clear, compelling
messages Highly organized, proactive, and able to work both
independently and collaboratively Comfortable representing the
school in public settings and serving as a brand ambassador
Flexible, adaptable, and energized by a fast-paced, highly
collaborative environment Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000. Any
offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal
salary ranges, market data, applicant's skills, prior relevant
experience, degrees, and certifications. Benefits: A comprehensive

vendors Multimedia Production Direct photo and video strategy for
marketing campaigns Collaborating with photographers and
videographers Oversee ongoing photography of events and student
life Edit, archive, and maintain multimedia assets Ensure alignment
