This position leads a team of seasoned insights professionals and
drives the research learning agenda for the entire TMUS enterprise,
supporting senior leaders across all lines of business (postpaid,
prepaid, home internet, B2B, etc.) and functional domains (product,
channels, marketing, etc.). This role is also crucial in setting
our research innovation vision and plans - spearheading the
adoption of new technologies and digital tools to drive speed,
efficiencies, and insights dissemenation across the company. They
will serve as an expert in consumer and marketing insights, with a
strong grasp of marketing, strategy and product applications
(ensuring the insights are high-impact for our partner teams). They
will also be an insights thought leader, fluidly leveraging
research expertise across a broad and deep array of methodologies
while also bringing new techniques to the forefront. Critical to
this individual's success will be the ability to effectively lead
within and outside of their organization, inspiring the insights
organization and stakeholder partner teams while also driving
efficient and highly effective vendor relationships. This team is
responsible for being the voice of the customer, for inspiring the
organization through competitive / outside-of-category insights,
and to deeply internalize our stakeholders' business needs to
design our insights learning agenda and proactively supply insights
that address them.

Base Pay Range: $176,000 - $238,200
Corporate Bonus Target: 25%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful
candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will
be based on various factors, such as qualifications and experience,
so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. Most
Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on
company and/or individual performance and which is set at a
percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior
year.
