Together, we won't stop!As the Value Realization Manager, you will
play a crucial role in establishing new delivery models and
measuring the value generated by the Data & Reporting Portfolio of
T-Mobile. The Data & Reporting Portfolio is a component of Elevate
Transformation, which is a transformation program focused on
process, technology, risk and data within the Finance, Supply Chain
and Procurement functions at T-Mobile.
Your responsibilities will focus on supporting the administration
and management of the Data & Reporting Portfolio within Elevate
Transformation. This position will serve a critical role in
establishing Operational Excellence, management of the budget and
deliverables and measuring value delivered by the Portfolio. This
role with work closely with project stakeholders including
portfolio leadership, functional process experts and advisory
consultants. You'll contribute to the success of T-Mobile by
running the Data & Reporting portfolio as business; this will
include implementing processes that facilitate the management of
data and reporting deliverables.

Washington Pay Range : $112,200.00 - $151,800.00The pay range above
is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the
state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based
on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and
experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this
range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are
eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus,
based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a
year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and
which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in
the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for
monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance, while
Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or
quarterly sales incentives. And since we are ALL owners, EVERY
employee at T-Mobile is eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.At
