The worlds largest enterprise organizations and government agencies rely on Adaptiva for real-time endpoint visibility and content delivery, as well as automated compliance checks, remediations, and patching without ever throttling the network or the end user experience.About this roleAs our Social Media Communications Specialist you will own and manage Adaptivas social media content to support and enhance the companys brand and operations.This is full-time, hybrid role, based at our offices in Kirkland, Washington 4 days a week.Responsibilities

• Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
• Owns and manages the social editorial calendar.
• Work with Content Marketing to create and implement social media strategies.
• Monitors, posts to, and analyzes social media channels to build a community of followers and enhance interaction.
• Respond to inbound social media traffic.
• Manage all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company and ensure a positive experience.
• Report on online reviews and feedback.Requirements
  • 3 - 5 years of social media management experience required.
  • Bachelors degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations, or related field.
  • Proficient in using multi-social posting programs such as HubSpot.
  • Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office.
