Your primary goal will be crafting insightful, educational, and engaging content for our real estate investment clientele and our network of business partners. • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with our advisory, due diligence, and marketing arms to shape and drive our overarching content vision.
  • Content Creation: Produce a diverse range of top-tier content from articles, eBooks, and video scripts to branding materials and educational resources.
    • Industry Research: Stay abreast of trends in the commercial real estate landscape, as well as alternative real estate investment avenues, and integrate these insights into your work.
      • Feedback and Iteration: Present drafts to both internal leaders and external compliance stakeholders, refining based on their input.
        • Teamwork: Partner with our marketing personnel to optimize content production and distribution.
          • Project Management: Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring each meets its deadline, and provide regular progress updates.
            • Continuous Learning: Regularly peruse key industry publications and online resources to stay updated and identify content enhancement opportunities.
              • Idea Generation: Proactively contribute fresh, innovative content ideas to keep our strategy dynamic and forward-thinking.Qualification and Skills:
                • Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, English, business or a related field
                • Prior experience writing for the commercial real estate, investment, or finance sectors
                • Demonstrable track record in content writing or journalism
                • Expertise in copywriting and editing
                • Strong strategic acumen with a knack for identifying issues and opportunities swiftly
                • Unwavering commitment to meeting deadlines
                • Familiarity with SEO content strategies is a plus
                • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work efficiently under pressure with deadlines.
                • Effective communicator via email, phone and in-person.
                • Highly organized, detail oriented and ability to work independently with problem solving ability.
                • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) specifically strong Excel skills.This is a full time, exempt position with a start date ASAPPay Transparency InformationCompensation range is $85,000 to $105,000Benefits for eligible employees:
