Ziply Fiber is based in Kirkland, Washington, providing communities across Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana with fiber internet in addition to streaming TV, privacy products, and phone service as well.Job SummaryThe Project Accountant will be responsible for closing assigned projects in a timely matter and will work independently and within a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:The Essential Duties and Responsibilities listed below are a range of duties performed by the employee and not intended to reflect all duties performed.--- Generate monthly reports to determine projects to close--- Close projects--- Coordinate with Engineers on projects--- Generate Monthly Journals--- Perform Monthly project accrual entriesQualifications:--- 1+ year of data entry experience--- Proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Word--- Nice to have MS Project knowledge, but not required--- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience--- Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable--- Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness--- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without limitationKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:--- Ability to work independently and apply sound judgment and reasoning skills to a variety of situations--- Ability to multi-task and collaborate effectively with other personnel to meet deadlines--- Strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills--- Ability to work within critical deadlines--- Ability to adjust to rapidly changing priorities and schedules--- Ability to provide excellent customer serviceWork AuthorizationApplicants must be currently authorized to work in the US for any employer.
