That's where we come in.Formations is developing the first comprehensive predictive tax management product to automate business incorporation, expense tracking, payroll, and benefit allocations. With our technology and team of experts by their side, self-employed professionals will have the playbook and tools needed to focus on growing their business while saving thousands on annual taxes, achieving financial well-being, and securing their futures through better financial decision making.To better service our "business of one" customers, we are looking for someone to join us as we create a professional services team that will offer premium tax and accounting advisory services that augment our core technology led offering. We are looking for someone who understands big picture financials for high-net-worth individuals - real estate, debt, investing, retirement and more.This is a rare opportunity to be able to build and lead a new function within Formations. This group will sit within our Customer Success organization and will work cross-functionally with CSMs, Sales, Product and Marketing and with our top-tier tax and accounting team. We will want you to set the direction, tone and course as we create packages that are valuable, drive engagement and make our customer sticky. Our customers are hungry for more and we want to give it to them to help them achieve their financial goals.Additionally, this role will be one of our chief educators on tax concepts both internally and externally. Help grow and level up of team and dazzle our customers with knowledge and advice.Responsibilities:

• Create and facilitate the execution of professional services packages
• Own a revenue goal
• Advising customers on tax strategies
• Customer facing position that utilizes tax and accounting knowledge to answer internal and external questions with a goal of providing quality customer experiences.
• Manage and grow our talented team
• Oversee the calculation and analysis of proprietary tax strategies for clients
• Partner with sales and CSMs to sell packages to new and existing customers
• Recognize, research, document and resolve tax issues
• Ability to coordinate and accomplish tasks with remote professionals and team membersQualifications:Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field requiredMinimum of 8 years of related experienceCPA/EA preferredProficient in S- crop, and HNW IndividualsExcellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational skills required for managing multiple client engagementsProficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)2 years of supervising and training experience a plus -OTE: between $160K-$180K (NO cap revenue share) - -About Formations Corp
