Description: Commercial Collections Specialist: -Send collection letters, emails, phone calls/voicemails to consumers (100-140 outbound contacts/day) -Employee will have a list of digital files to complete workload -Research consumers that owe debt (manager will assign to employee) -Call pertinent personnel from consumer location to collect debts -Training will be hands on and day to day as situations occur Training: -A toolbox with documentation and resources will be given to candidate on how to deal with difficult objections and situations. -An experienced collector will take approximately 3-5 days to train. -Hands on training, learn as you go, ask for guidance PLEASE NOTE Candidate with NOT be earning commission during contract period. Contract period could be anywhere between 30 - 90 days. Once full time employee, candidate will be making commission.
