Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a team of Software Engineers and oversee web application
development projects
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to achieve optimal
outcomes and update stakeholders on project progress
Act as a problem solver, coordinator, and talent nurturer for the
team
Required Qualifications:
6-8 years of technical expertise in web application development
using the JavaScript stack
3-4 years of experience managing software engineering teams,
preferably with Agile SCRUM methodologies
Experience in translating technical concepts for various audiences
and building teams in a startup environment
Organizational and analytical skills for managing budgets,
employees, and solving complex problems
Experience in recruiting engineering talent is preferred
