Job Number 665549BR Description:Install, repair, maintain and
fabricate manufacturing equipment and perform other general
maintenance and service functionsDuties include, but are not
limited to mechanical and electrical repairs and maintenance,
welding, pipefitting, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry work, painting and
grounds keepingPerform periodic inspections and tests and report
findingsReceives general instructions from supervisor and notice of
service required from supervisor and other plant personnelWorks
from blueprints, sketches and oral instructions and
specificationsUses all hand tools, power tools, and other equipment
necessary for completion of assignmentsAct as a POC or escort for
external contractors and support rearrangement projects (conference
room upgrades, etc.)Candidate will perform a wide variety of
nonstandard and complex tasks using advanced techniques and will
require extensive knowledge within the Maintenance
disciplineCandidate will be required to analyze requirements for
special projects and recommend methods and processes to
accomplishCandidate will support the design/development of new or
modified equipment or methods/systems for improved performance
through analysis and check-outMay be required to troubleshoot
equipment or facilities problems and reports them to supervisorMay
interpret blueprints, sketches, layouts, wiring diagrams, drawings,
and specificationsMay perform routine inspections to determine
repair and maintenance work necessaryAlso the cleaning, inspecting,
lubricating and filtration of equipment and any other support
function necessary to keep Bothell Facilities' equipment and
grounds functioning at an optimal levelSupport of all General
Maintenance and overall general facilities supportCandidate must be
available to respond to off hour calls and emergenciesCandidate may
be required to lift/carry 50 pounds or more, perform repetitive
movements, and perform work from ground level to overheadThis
position requires frequent standing for long periods, walking,
stooping, kneeling, squatting, crawling, and twisting.
Basic Qualifications:
5 years of experience as a Maintenance Mechanic in an industrial or
commercial settingExperience with operating, maintaining and
troubleshooting building infrastructure and facilities equipmentHas
the knowledge to perform routine repairs and all maintenance of
plant and/ office facilities equipment.
Desired Skills:
Journeyman's Card or Trade School CertificationThe basic knowledge
in reading blueprintsAble to plan, prioritize and execute all work
independently and as part of the Bothell Maintenance TeamThe
candidate should also have a basic understanding and experience
with Condition Based Maintenance and Reliability Centered
Maintenance Techniques, Tools and applicationAbility to operate a
variety of lifts (fork lifts, scissor lifts, boom lifts,
etc.)Experience with CMMS 10 years of experience as a Maintenance
Mechanic in an industrial or commercial setting.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government
security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate
work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our
employeesSchedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day
work week while others may be condensedThese condensed schedules
provide employees with additional time away from the office and are
in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: Standard Monday to Friday 40 hour work
week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and
New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or
Washington is $62,100 - $119,000 Please note that the salary
information is a general guideline onlyLockheed Martin considers
factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of
the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key
skills as well as market and business considerations when extending

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time
employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off

accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of
sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidaysPTO,
Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start
